Sundar AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Sundar AI photo enhancement app and how we handle it. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Photos you submit are processed by our AI solely to produce your enhanced result. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to identify you. Uploaded images and their results are deleted from our processing servers after the enhancement is delivered.
We collect basic device and usage information (such as app version, device type, and anonymous usage events) to operate, secure, and improve the service. If you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by the app store; we do not store your card details.
To provide and improve the enhancement service, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (such as cloud hosting and analytics), and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.
You may request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion page or by contacting Support.
